We’ve gone through every recommended weight loss supplement possible and found that what really helps, in addition to diet and exercise, is chlorogenic acid – that is, a green coffee bean extract!
The effect of the chlorogenic acid lies in its influence on glucose metabolism; it also reduces glucose absorption in the intestine and prevents fat accumulation. A 2019 meta-analysis confirmed the link between coffee and weight loss.

We grow our moringa in an eco-friendly way in the volcanic area of the Saint Lucia island, in the organic soils without artificial fertilisers and pesticides. The leaves are hand-plucked and dried at max. 42°C and constantly tested for microbes and fungi. Moringa leaves contain a high dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Take two capsules twice daily with water. For better absorption, take capsules ideally after a meal. To increase the effect, combine with an aqueous infusion of Moringa leaves.
Start with two capsules and increase the dose gradually over two weeks up to a total of four capsules per day. Further dose increase will not enhance the beneficial effect.

Joe Vinson of the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania (Vinson et al., 2012), in his studies at a conference of the American Chemical Society in New Orleans, reported green coffee effects on weight loss. In his lecture, he stated that chlorogenic acid extracted from coffee acts as an inhibitor (blocker) of the glucose-6-phosphatase enzyme.
This enzyme is essential in glucose metabolism. When this enzyme is blocked, the blood sugar level drops, and our body compensates for it by breaking down fats (Naveed et al., 2018).
Of course, for fat reserves to be reduced, an adequate diet without overeating is needed. In any case, the fat reduction effect of green coffee has been proven.
